Frank has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Bryant College, Smithfield, RI, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, Wellesley, MA. Frank is also a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Robert Schattle is manager of Continental Funding’s reverse mortgage programs in the RI and Bristol County, MA region.
